I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in 2019 with many years of business management and ownership experience.
My wife and I enjoy spending time with our children, their spouses and our grandchildren.
I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in 2020 as Operations Manager. Prior to joining the company, I delivered service solutions and growth benefits in a variety of customer centric industries; Legal, Customer Services and more recently Health and Social care - predominantly leading people and organisations through expansion and process changes that improve the customer experience.
Being able to make a difference in people’s lives has been a fundamental driving force throughout my career, and has kept me focused on what is most important - client experience, through outstanding service.
I have been married for 27 years and have four children, and two grandchildren, all of whom are simply brilliant.

I joined PSA (Financial Services) in 2019, having previously worked extensively within the financial services industry. I am currently a member of the CII Society of Mortgage Professionals, Personal Finance Society, and the Chartered Banker Institute.
As Sales & Development Manager – a role which forms part of the Senior Management team – I have over-arching responsibility for our family of Financial Planners and Mortgage Advisers. At PSA, we foster a highly professionally progressive, functional operation, within a friendly, ethically prioritised environment, founded on a company ethos entirely focused on client needs and satisfaction, predicated on achieving best possible outcomes on an ongoing business relationship.
I’m a family man with two teenage children. Outside work I enjoy keeping fit and I also like to travel.
Senior Compliance Manager
BA (Hons), Dip PFS
I have extensive experience in the financial industry, having worked in financial services since 1997 and have been with PSA (Financial Services) Ltd since 2018.
After graduating from the University of Sheffield in 1996, I went on to gain the diploma in financial planning.
I have spent much of my financial services career as a paraplanner, specialising in product research and suitability report writing. I was head of Paraplanning at PSA until early 2020 when I moved over to lead the Compliance department.

I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in 2020 as a Compliance Officer.
I have 40 years’ experience in the financial services industry. This includes roles in banking, mortgage adviser, independent financial adviser, training and supervisor roles.
I completed my associateship for the Chartered Institute of Bankers and I am Diploma level 4 qualified with the Chartered Insurance Institute. I am also a member of the Society of Mortgage Professionals including Equity Release.
Outside of work I am passionate about walking. I have completed 6 long distance trails including the 192 mile Coast to Coast walk to raise money for LOROS.

I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in 2016 as part of the administration team. I then moved to Paraplanning and am now the Paraplanning Manager.
During my time at the company, I have studied towards the Financial Planning Certification through CII and have gained the Level 4 Qualification.
Client Review Manager

I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd at the beginning of 2019 and am currently studying for the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Prior to joining PSA, I gained a Master’s Degree from De Montfort University in MSc Global Finance and Investment and a First Class Honours Degree in Business Management and Finance.
In my spare time, I do boxing, because it is a sport that I have had an interest in from a very young age.

I have been within the financial services industry since 2013. My career development, and exposure to different markets, has provided me with strong technical skills, and the ability to adapt, and deliver consistently high results in challenging work environments. I am passionate about communication, teamwork, and committed to forming effective relationships with clients and co-workers, to consistently improve performance.
I aim to achieve my Diploma level 4 qualification. Once successfully achieving my Diploma Level 4, I plan to study towards Chartered status.. I am also interested in developing my knowledge within IHT, Trust and Estate Planning.
FPC I, II, III
I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in February 2019 having worked in the Financial Services Industry since 1995, predominantly within Discretionary Fund Management, and more recently Self Invested Personal Pensions.
I am educated to A-Level standard and my industry qualifications include the Financial Planning Certificate I, II, and III. I joined the Paraplanning Team in February 2021. I aim to further enhance my existing knowledge, both practical and technical and improve my written skills, within this busy department. I have thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to understand a client’s financial needs, provide research and produce clear, written communication to support our Financial Advisers
Human Resources Manager
Having joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in September 2013, I work alongside Paul Smith, Managing Director, assisting him with his clients and deal with the administration side of things at PSA.
I am responsible for the Human Resources within the Business. My qualifications cover business, finance and administration, as well as personnel practice. My experience in these fields covers numerous years.
I started at PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in December 2020. I have an MSc in Accounting and BSc in Accounting and Finance. I also intend to complete my ACCA certification.
I am the Financial Controller for PSA and the purpose of my job is to ensure that the company’s data is accurately recorded and reported according to the FCA guidelines.
I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in 2009 as Senior Administrator, having worked for Berkeley Burke and Beckett Financial Services.
My qualifications cover business finance and administration.
My duties are varied assisting the Director, Consultants and Compliance Department. I also provide a range of administrative and support services for all members of staff.
I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in October 1998 with my background in Financial Services, having previously worked at Prudential and Britannic.
My main role and responsibilities at PSA are in Administration, including ensuring the smooth process of mortgage, home and commercial insurance applications. My responsibilities also include overseeing the Office IT requirements and providing support to our team of Financial Advisers.
Administrator/Digital Media Specialist
I have worked at PSA (Financial Services) Ltd since 2013 as an administrator and started running the company's digital media in late 2020.
My role is to manage the social media accounts, website and all the digital media for the company. I also offer client support and perform administrative tasks for the consultants such as policy research.
I started working at PSA shortly after I graduated from DeMontfort University in the summer of 2019.
I work in administration and my job includes mainly policy research, creating reports and other routine administrative tasks.
I am currently working on getting my Diploma in Financial Planning and hope to progress my career at PSA.
I joined PSA in December 2020 and I have been an IFA administrator since October 2018. I have a business studies and business administration qualification.
I specialise in policy reviewing and dealing with providers and customers over the phone.
I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in February 2021, having worked in the Financial Services Industry since 2015 after having completed my NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration.
Since joining the industry, I have completed my CF1 certificate and plan on furthering my qualifications.
My role, predominantly, is to provide administrative assistance to the consultants and to process client information.
I joined PSA in January 2021 as a Receptionist/Administrator. I spent the previous 3 years working at another Independent Financial Adviser firms in a similar position.
My role is to assist with the smooth day to day running of the office, providing support for the advisers and administrators, as well as being the first point of contact on the front desk for clients.
I have been working for PSA since 2015 as part of the administration team.
I began working in reception in 2020 where my primary responsibilities became caring for, and being the first point of contact for clients.
I am also responsible for general administration, overseeing care for the office, handling incoming and outgoing post and online client management.
