Mark McReynolds

Operations Manager

I joined PSA Financial Services in 2019 as Operations Manager. My previous work experience has been managing people and processes. I owned and ran my own business for several years before moving to Papua New Guinea with my wife to work as missionaries for our church.


My wife and I enjoy spending time with our four children and their spouses and our 12 grandchildren.

 

Paul Smyth

Compliance Manager

I have extensive experience in the financial industry, having worked in financial services since 1997 and have been with PSA (Financial Services) Ltd since 2018.

After graduating from the University of Sheffield in 1996, I went on to gain the diploma in financial planning.

 

I specialise in product research and suitability report writing.

Colin Reid

Compliance Officer

I joined PSA (Financial Services) in July 2019, having worked within financial services since 2015, predominately in Mortgage services.

 

I am currently a member of the CII Society of Mortgage Professionals, Personal Finance Society and the Chartered Banker Institute. In the coming months I will be completing the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning whilst developing role specific knowledge with the support of the PSA team.

 

Ceetal Mistry

Paraplanning Manager

I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in 2016 as part of the admin team and am currently studying towards the diploma in financial planning.
 
After obtaining a degree in Law and Business at the University of Lincoln, I gained financial experience in banking for 3 years before joining PSA.

I am now a Paraplanner and specialise in policy research, analysis, reporting and remuneration.

Glen Coleman

Paraplanner

I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in 2019, having worked within financial services since 2006, performing various roles. The biggest part of my career was spent at Fairstone Financial Management.

 

I am currently studying towards the Diploma in financial planning.

 

My specialties are policy research, analysis and suitability report writing.

Rikesh Valand

Trainee Paraplanner

I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd at the beginning of 2019 and am currently studying for the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

 

Prior to joining PSA, I gained a Master’s Degree from De Montfort University in MSc Global Finance and Investment and a First Class Honours Degree in Business Management and Finance.

 

In my spare time, I do boxing, because it is a sport that I have had an interest in from a very young age.

 

Caroline Pearson

HR Manager

Having joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in September 2013, I work alongside Paul Smith, Managing Director, assisting him with his clients and deal with the administration side of things at PSA.

I am responsible for the Human Resources within the Business.  My qualifications cover business, finance and administration, as well as personnel practice.  My experience in these fields covers numerous years.

Teresa Morris

Administration Manager

I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in 2009 as Senior Administrator, having worked for Berkeley Burke and Beckett Financial Services. 

​My qualifications cover business finance and administration.

 

My duties are varied assisting the Director, Consultants and Compliance Department.  I also provide a range of administrative and support services for all members of staff.

John Ellis

Administrator

I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in October 1998 with my background in Financial Services, having previously worked at Prudential and Britannic.  

 

My main role and responsibilities at PSA are in Administration, including ensuring the smooth process of mortgage, home and commercial insurance applications. My responsibilities also include overseeing the Office IT requirements and providing support to our team of Financial Advisers.

Lucy Seaton

Administrator

I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in February 2019 having worked in the Financial Services Industry since 1995, predominantly within Discretionary Fund Management, and more recently Self Invested Personal Pensions.

 

My qualifications include the Financial Planning Certificate I, II, and III and my role at PSA covers administrative support to the Consultants and Director.

Eve Smith

Administrator

I have been with PSA (Financial Services) Ltd since 2013. I work as an administrator.

I specialise in policy research, report writing, spreadsheets, file preparation and distribution of correspondence.
